Basically running into something like this. Don't really want to bump the timeout on the load balancer.

The general jist of the answer "then it should be up to the server to keep the connection alive" and "you would have to send keepalive messages from the server every so often (just short of the timeout period)"

The thing is I have no clue how to do this with http.Server, its configuration, or with the http module.

In general. I was under the impressions that for 1 request there's only 1 response. So I don't even know how to begin for having the server be responsible for keeping the connection alive during a span of a long request.
