Hi all! I have recently got into Golang and i realized if i am not mistaken, that Go installs the packages you use for your projects on the C: Drive, also i realized Go has some…issues if you create projects into other paths on your PC than the GoPath (for example i have a completly different hard drive for programming projects). Is there a way for this lang to work more like..Node?
You create a project where you want, create a package.json and every dependency and library goes into that folder where you created your projects, no juggling and fiddeling around with paths or anything like that and no libraries sitting on your main drive completly separated from your projects.
Is this doable with Go? Its the main issue i have with this language honestly but i will admit it might come from me being inexperienced with it
